I've been working on a user survey for our existing users that we got in our pilot launch. Its actually similar to what we did on usability testing on the UserTesting network.

I aimed at users who activated the crypto but did not make any transactions to actually learn to reason of our conversion rate.

The survey includes questions about difficulties they faced, factors affecting their decisions to make purchases, and feature(s) that would make them use our app more frequently.

At the end of the survey, we're inviting participants to an online interview worth of Amazon Gift and we are going to give a fee-free transfer promo code to each participant regardless.
